Based on the popular Hawkeye Standard with a classic American walnut, the new lock rifle RUGER Hawkeye Hunter stainless steel comes equipped with a factory-installed picatinny lane and threaded cannon, which provides the avid hunter with the ultimate, resistant and effective rifle.

The Hawkeye Hunter is initially offered in four different calibers: 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Winchester, 30-06 Springfield and .300 Winchester Magnum. All Hunter rifles have a stainless steel cannon in satin finish, forged and hammered in cold with striated 5R which provides exceptional accuracy and longevity.

The Hunter also features the traditional Mauser-type controlled feeding system, powerful claw extractor and robust one-piece lock, stainless steel. The three-position insurance allows the shooter to block the lock or load and download the rifle with the insurance set. The canopy comes equipped with portafusil ring holders and a highly effective backrest pad.

The Hawkeye Hunter comes equipped with the Ruger LC6TM soft and sharp release trigger, and also has a massive steel-based hinge charger for easy unloading without having to remove each cartridge. Each rifle has an engraved Ruger logo and a patented bolt that is at the foot of the guard to avoid accidental emptying of the charger.

American walnut cane with rounded outlines along the canyon, at the bottom of the cane and at the top of the grip, with anti-slip bits in grip and guard.
