Reclaimed in 9 mm. Luger, the Ruger MAX-9 has an impressive capacity of 12+1 bullets. It measures only 152 mm. long, has a sliding width of less than 25 mm. and weighs only 524 g. and is equipped with a 3.2". This compact-size gun fits comfortably in a case inside the waist or in a pocket case, or simply in a kidney.

The MAX-9 has a tritio optic fiber point that adapts to a variety of light conditions, and is prepared for the direct mounting of red dots with Shield and JPointTM pattern. 10-bath loaders fit into a comfortable soft texture grip and 12-bath loaders not only provide additional capacity, but also increase the surface area of the grip. Standard models are available with ergonomic and intuitive manual insurance that works similar to those found in 1911-style pistols, and models Pro are available without the external manual insurance lever. All models have an integrated security tab on the trigger and a loaded camera display window that provides a visual indication of whether there is a bullet in the chamber.

Like many Ruger guns, this occult hammer gun is built on a precision machined rigid aluminum chassis and equipped with a hardened and durable steel strap and a precision-forged steel alloy barrel. The MAX-9 is delivered with two E-Nickel Teflon® coated loaders: one of 12 and one of 10 bullets, or two 10-bath loaders, according to the model.
