Ruger has long established the standard for safe, affordable and accurate .22 LR guns, starting with the introduction of the standard gun in 1949. Since then, the standard gun has experienced a number of improvements with the development of the Mark I, Mark II line and then Mark III in 2005.

Now launch the new line of Ruger Mark IV guns, which maintains the same classic exterior appearance as the iconic Mark III, but which incorporates a significant improvement: a simple disassembly with a single button for quick and easy extraction. A built-in button at the back of the frame allows the upper receiver to bend up and out of the frame without the use of tools. The lock simply slides outside the receiver and the cannon can be properly cleaned from the chamber to the mouth.

This limited version of the Ruger Mark IV Target commemorates the 75th anniversary of Ruger and comes with a conical heavy barrel of 6.88” long and aluminum frame of one piece precision machined by CNC. The receiver and the back of the lock bring the logo of the 75th anniversary engraved to laser. Bring ambidiestro manual insurance and a redesigned lock cap for a more ergonomic operation. The charger falls free by dropping it for faster recharges and a redesigned charger disconnection insurance prevents the discharge when the charger is removed. The U.S. Mark IV is shipped with two loaders of 10 nickel-Teflon® coated bullets.

Specific features vary according to the model, but the legendary one-piece receiver and the construction of the inner cylindrical lock remain the same. The robust design ensures a permanent alignment between the look and the cannon and a greater precision potential than conventional mobile sliding designs. The Mark IV pistol is compatible with a variety of accessories from the Mark III accessories market, including sights, look bases and chargers. This American-made gun comes with two 10-bath chargers.
